Yes. The RRC Library does have access to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 6th ed. (call number: BF 76.7 .P83 2010). The Round Rock Campus library has one copy for in the Reference Collection and a few copies that can be checked out. Texas State University Libraries also offer an e-book edition of the APA Style Guide to Electronic References (2012).
The University Libraries also offer an online LibGuides to help with citation and style. This resources includes a tab concerning APA style along with many others, as well as tips on how to avoid plagiarism. There is also a tab for RefWorks which is a citation management tool.
For more in-person help you may want to check out the Round Rock Campus Writing Center located in the Avery Building room 203.
Another helpful and reliable resource would be the Purdue OWL website available online at https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/.
