Q. Does the library have Kindergarten-Grade 12 Textbooks?

K-12 Textbooks are kept on the 3rd floor in the TCMC Collection. The collection is limited to textbooks that are currently in adoption in the state of Texas and is shelf-browsable by subject and grade level. K-12 adopted textbooks remain in adoption for a certain amount of years. Alkek Library only keeps adopted material in the 3rd floor TCMC Collection.

Material that is no longer in adoption is relocated to the General Collection. An author search of "textbooks" will display a browsable list in the library catalog.
