There are three usual reasons why your print job isn't showing up on the print screen:
- You are trying to print 10 or more copies. The print management system does not allow you to print 10 copies. Try sending smaller batches of copies to the printer.
- You are trying to print a document with 60 pages or more. Break the print job into chunks (for example, print pages 1-59, then 60-76, etc.).
- You are not logged in to your computer with your NetID. If somebody else is still logged into the computer, your print jobs are going to the other person's account.
