Q. Why isn't my print job showing up on the Print Release screen?

There are three common reasons why your print job isn't showing up on the print screen:

1. You are trying to print 10 or more copies. The print management system does not allow you to print 10 copies. Try sending smaller batches of copies to the printer.
2. You are trying to print a document with 60 pages or more. Break the print job into chunks (for example, print pages 1-59, then 60-76, etc.).
3. You are not logged in to your computer with your NetID. If somebody else is still logged into the computer, your print jobs are going to the other person's account.
