Q. Can I call and request an item be held for me until I get to the library?

Yes, you may click on the "Request" link on the catalog record.  Choose what location you'd like the item held at for you, either Alkek on the main campus or the RRC Library on the Round Rock campus. The library will alert you by email when the item has been pulled and held for you at the Ask Alkek Desk on the main floor of Alkek Library or at the RRC Library desk if that's the location you chose.
