Absolutely! You can request an appointment or drop by the RRC Library during operating hours. We attempt to assist patrons who drop by in the order in which they ask for help. We help you get started, assist other patrons, then come back to see if you need further assistance. If you sign up for an appointment we will set aside time to devote to assisting you with your research needs.
To set up an appointment you can do one of the following:
- Send a request using the Individual Research Consultations form. Select Round Rock for the "Campus Location".
- Send a request through Ask a Librarian@RRC
- Send an e-mail directly to one of the librarians
In addition to in-person appointments consultations can also be conduced online (sharing a computer screen) or via telephone.
Most interactions are conducted on a drop in basis. But make sure to pick the method that suits your needs.
