Most likely the verification email has been marked as junk. Here’s how to mark it as a safe sender: 

  1. Log into Bobcat Mail online 

  1. Click the Gear icon for “settings” in the top-right of the page 

  1. Search Outlook settings for “Safe Sender” and click on “Safe Senders and Domains” 

  1. Click “+ Add” to add a safe sender 

  1. Type in "” and hit enter 

  1. Click “SAVE” at the top-right 

  1. Go back to RefWorks, and click “Resend Activation Link”
