Q. Can I make an in-person request at the ARC for materials housed there?

Yes, our hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM. We are a card access only facility please use the call button located to the left of the front entry to notify staff. The materials at the ARC are stored in a closed stacks(non-public) area and within an environment that requires acclimation. There may be some delays in processing requests and microforms require 24-hour acclimation before use.

To avoid delays request items online and choose the ARC as a pick-up location.
