The library's access to HBR can be found below:

Harvard Business Review

Harvard Business Review Digital Articles

If you're searching for access to a case study listed on their website, be aware University Libraries is not provided access to all cases through the database Business Source Complete (BSC).

HBR only adds content into the BSC database that can be used for coursework as part of our agreement. There are some cases, but not all cases are included. If it is not in the database, it cannot be used as part of our agreement. There is no way to tell without searching for each item. This material can not be requested via Interlibrary Loan.

If any FACULTY would like to use something in Harvard Business Review that is not in the BSC database they will need to:

  1. Go to https://hbsp.harvard.edu/registration/educator to register as instructor
  2. Find case study needed
  3. Follow the directions for purchase.

HBR case studies can be purchased by a faculty member at a discount, but cannot be shared with students enrolled in a class. If all students need the case study, then each student has to pay for a copy at full price https://hbsp.harvard.edu/registration/student. The Library also does not pay for access to case studies not available in BSC.
