We recently launched a new catalog system that allows for some new features and future integrations. The unfortunate downside is that all urls to library materials have changed.

What this means for you:
  • Do you have urls to library materials in your course syllabi, assignments or other course materials? All urls that link to materials and resources in our catalog must be updated by the end of August.
  • Please review your course materials and update your links as needed. Only those urls that begin with catalog.txstate.edu will be affected.
To update links:
  1. Go to the library's website and click on the Catalog button:
  2. Look up your resource title, i.e. book title, and grab the url in the browser's address box.

Where can I direct questions if I encounter a problem with the new library discovery system?

Please use our Report a Problem With an Online Resource form if you encounter any issues or need help with our new system.
