Often, you'll be able to find what you need by searching the library catalog for the phrase "technical reports" Use the Boolean operator AND with more keywords related to your topic to narrow down your results.
Other technical reports may be available in the Research Databases, particularly in the Engineering & Technology databases. Look at the Formats information for each database to see if they would include technical reports.
