This is a climate-controlled facility that preserves and stores materials from Texas State University Libraries. 

This form is intended for inquiries about the facility, requests for tours, and use of the state-of-the-art freezer system that helps control pest and mold damage for sensitive materials.

For The Wittliff Collections inquiries, reading room reservations, or donation/records drop-off, please contact their team using the Research Assistance form. 

The ARC is open Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm. The last available time for tours is 3pm. We will be closed on all University designated holidays, energy conservation days, or emergency closures. Please wait for a response prior to visiting the building, as we do not always have staff available to assist the public.
